How do we get started?

What’s the turnaround time?
Normally, you’ll receive your images within 2–3 weeks of the shoot. Larger or more detailed projects may take slightly longer, and we’ll keep you informed throughout the process.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3–4 weeks ahead. During peak times, 6 weeks is ideal to secure your spot.
Do you offer product styling and creative direction for photoshoots?
Yes. We provide complete creative support, including product styling, prop selection, and art direction. From concept to final execution, we take the lead to produce imagery that aligns seamlessly with your brand.
Do I need to provide props?
No. Prop decisions are made during the creative planning process. If you have brand-specific items you’d like incorporated, you’re welcome to send them with your products.
How do you make sure the photos reflect our brand?
We work closely with you discussing style, audience, and the look you want and pull everything into a mood board and shot plan so the final images match your brand’s voice.
What happens to my products after the shoot?
For items that are opened or used during the shoot, you can choose whether they’re returned or disposed of. If you’d like them sent back, please include a return label in your package.
How do I send my products?
Pack and ship them securely to us, covering shipping costs. We recommend sending multiples, plus any packaging or props you’d like included. Please include a prepaid return slip if you’d like items sent back. We can also store them for up to 3 months for future projects.
Do you provide images for social media, websites, or eCommerce?
Absolutely, we create tailored, high-quality images for social platforms, websites, and online stores.
What are your payment terms?
We’ll review payment details during your consultation and in the onboarding process so everything is clear before the shoot is confirmed. A deposit is typically required to secure your booking.
